With more than two decades of experience, Dan has a talent for sourcing top candidates in the manufacturing industry and matching them with positions that impact their careers, while helping companies grow. Determined and resourceful, his drive and motivation have earned him President’s Club status multiple times since joining PrincetonOne in 1994.

Dan takes on every assignment with passion, enthusiasm and a thorough appreciation of what his clients are looking for. He operates with total involvement and believes that open, two-way communication is the key to building and maintaining long-term, prosperous working relationships. Extremely well connected in the manufacturing industry, Dan’s extensive knowledge base gives him the background to place clients in a variety of roles, including sales, marketing, operations, engineering, production and customer service.

Dan earned his bachelor’s degree in Communications from Kent State University in Ohio.
