Erin began her career in the recruiting industry in 2007 and joined PrincetonOne in 2014. Recognizing that each client is different and has distinct needs, Erin spends significant time gaining an in-depth understanding of their corporate vision, mission and culture so she can align her solutions with their short- and long-term growth goals. Going above and beyond the position description, she sees herself as a true partner and an extension of her client’s organizations.

She enjoys building long term relationships and delivering positive results to both clients and candidates. Erin earned a bachelor’s degree from Ball State University in Muncie, Indiana.
