As Senior Director of Research for PrincetonOne, Ginnette is responsible for maintaining PrincetonOne’s application tracking system and leads a team of internet researchers tasked with helping the Firm’s recruiters find and engage top active and passive candidates around the country. Focused, goal oriented and reliable, Ginnette understands that qualified candidates are easily concealed by the massive expanse of the internet. To her, great sourcing is less about where you look and more about how you look for it.

Ginnette earned a Master’s in Library Science from the University of Kentucky. She holds the AIRS Certified Internet Recruiter (CIR) designation, which is the gold standard for demonstrating internet sourcing knowledge and is the preferred requirement by leading companies looking to hire skilled and innovative recruiting professionals. Additionally, she is a Sourcing Ninja and holds the Black Belt in Internet Recruitment Certification.
