As Managing Director for PrincetonOne’s Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) division, Kaitlin helps drive the success of all of its RPO recruitment and placement functions. Prior to joining PrincetonOne in 2014, she spent five years in other talent acquisition and staff augmentation roles.
In her current role, Kaitlin is responsible for the successful delivery of expansion and attrition programs for both the pharmaceutical and manufacturing divisions. She is focused on improving the client experience and utilizes her detail-oriented approach and responsiveness to train the PrincetonOne Delivery Team. In addition to offering talent acquisition consulting strategies, she also builds customized RPO programs to solve clients’ hiring requirements.
Kaitlin and her Indianapolis-based team are well versed at closing a variety of positions, including pharmaceutical sales managers and representatives, patient access managers, field reimbursement managers, product marketing managers, engineers, HR managers, IT analysts, finance managers and auditors and operations managers, among others. With a belief that everything starts with recruiting, she loves matching her clients with the best talent.
Kaitlin graduated Summa Cum Laude from Loyola University Chicago with a degree in Psychology, which supports her passion for people. Outside of the office, she enjoys exploring Indianapolis, traveling to new places and going to the movies. She also attends as many basketball games as she can with her husband, Justin, especially when the Chicago Bulls are in town.
