Lori joined PrincetonOne in 2021, bringing over 20 years of recruiting experience and expertise. In her role as a Recruiting Program Manager, Lori leads and manages large-scale client programs through planning, launch, implementation, and development, in partnership with leadership and recruiting team members. To her, the most rewarding part of being in the recruiting industry is making a difference, connecting top talent with highly sought-after companies in Pharma & BioTech, and helping advance the company’s mission.

She brings a proven track record across multiple industries entrenched in Human Resources and strives to raise the bar on operational success to exceed established goals to have a great impact. Lori is an energetic collaborator, focused on building relationships to identify exceptional talent, and is a determined problem solver. With her passion for motivating and educating others, Lori was a Career Coach Expert speaker in 2021.

Lori earned her bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management from Northern Illinois University in DeKalb. She was born and raised in Chicago, IL, and is involved throughout the community in various volunteer roles focused on Education and Children. She also enjoys international travel and adventurous activities.
