Stan is a leading retained executive search consultant completing search assignments for clients across industry sectors. He partners with companies building leadership teams, developing talent pipelines, and filling critical roles to support their organizations.

He began his career in executive search in the supply chain practice and held the position of Managing Principal for five years. He created and fostered a team approach which filled key roles for client organizations.

Prior to his tenure in the search industry, he started and grew a variety of successful businesses providing services in the areas of land use management, hospitality, and community development.

Stan holds a bachelor’s degree in Sociology from Cabrini College and studied Geography and Urban Studies at Temple University.
