Tim Leming joined PrincetonOne in 2021. He brings over 10 years of industry experience. As a Senior Executive Recruiter, he works hard to find candidates the most suitable roles in the Accounting and Finance industries, including Vice President, Reporting Manager, Financial Analyst, Chief Financial Officer, and Assistant Controller.

To Tim, the most rewarding part of his role is receiving a report of the impact a high-level placement has on one of our clients and how those calls always lead to long-standing repeat business. Clients can expect a diligent selectin process, in-depth conversations with candidates, and advice from an expert in their market when working with him.

Tim lives in Southern Maryland with his girlfriend, Tammy. He has four daughters, ranging in age from 14-32. Him and his family spend a lot of time together enjoying their campsite at Goose Bay Marina and on the waters of the Potomac River. He is huge advocate for youth sports and is the president of the Pisgah Youth Soccer Association. He also sits on the board of directors for a few local soccer organizations.
