Tom began his career in the recruiting industry in 1990. As a senior member of PrincetonOne’s manufacturing team, he has specialized in the consumer goods industry, placing candidates nationally for roles of all levels in sales, marketing, production, operations and distribution.

Working closely with business partner Lisa DeAngelo since 2005, Tom and Lisa have built strong partnerships with their clients by gaining a detailed understanding of their business and human capital challenges.

Fully engaged in every aspect of the process from defining the search through candidate onboarding, Tom serves as an extension of his clients’ human resources department. The result of his dedication is an extremely high success rate for his clients and has ranked Tom as one of PrincetonOne’s all-time highest producers, having achieved President’s Club status annually for the past 25 years.
